Spicy Shrimp Scampi with Haht Sahs - Hot or Ghost Pepper

Use the Hot or Ghost Pepper Relish for this recipe.
2 Lbs Shrimp
1/2 stick of butter
5 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 cup Ghost Pepper Relish
or 1/4 cup Hot Haht Sahs
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Old Bay
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup beer (any kind)
1 tbs of Italian bread crumbs
Loaf of French bread for dipping.
Preheat over to 400.
In a baking dish, pour the 1/4 cup of either the Hot Haht Sahs or Ghost Pepper Relish Haht Sahs on the bottom. Place cleaned and deveined shimp in lines with the top of the shrimp on each line touching the bottom of the previous lines. Pour the cup of beer over the top.
Arrange pats of butter and sliced garlic cloves inbetween the rows. Sprinkle the top evenly with each of the spices listed. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top. For added heat, spritz a little more of the Ghost Pepper Relish over the dish.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. If you like your shrimp a little less cooked - go for 13 minutes.
Serve over rice, pasta, or Israeli couscous, or by itself in a bowl with the juice and big loaf of French bread. Dip in and feel the heat.
